Obama's Middle East Policy Speech May 19

Obama's speech on Middle East policy from the State Department is set for 5:40 pm Cairo time, which if I've done my math correctly, is 8:40 am Pacific and 11:40 am eastern.
The speech will be live streamed here. I'm sure it will be streamed a bunch of other places too, since it's an extremely important speech.
